ADMISSIONS

Suitable Time:
New admissions for all classes are opened and entertained normally in first week of April every year. You must contact the school in last week of March to get information about final decisions related to admissions.

Eligibility:
All nationals with legal residential status (Iqama holders) can apply for the admission. Students must qualify the School Entrance Test. The age of the student must be within the limits given by Saudi Ministry of Education. i. e. LKG (4 years), UKG (5 years), Class-1 (6 years), Class-2 (7 years), Class-3 (8 years), Class-4 (9 years), Class-5 (10 years), and so on.

 
Procedure
 
Step 1 – Registration
Please register your child/children as per schedule announced by the school on yearly basis in School admission office. Registration will be done only for the classes where the vacancy is available.

Step 2 – Entry Test
An Entry Test will be conducted as notified by the school. Syllabus and paper pattern for Entry Tests is available at the school. 60% marks must be obtained to be eligible for admission.

Step 3 – Result Declaration

Merit list on the basis of the result of Entry Test will be displayed at Admission Office. No inquiries about the result are entertained before the result date & time. Date and time of interview will be displayed along with Merit List.

Step 4 – Interview

Successful candidates will have to appear for an interview along with following original documents.
1.  Original passport
2.  Original Iqama
3.  Original Birth Certificate

Step 5 –  Payment of Fee

The students who will be finally selected after interview must pay the first installment of School Fee (as mentioned below) at the Accounts Office and get a Receipt.

Step 6 – Documents’ Submission

After payment of fee, the student must submit the following documents at Admission Office along with the Fee Paid Receipt.
1.  Admission Forms (duly filled)
2.  Copy of Passport & Iqama of the student
3.  Copy of Passport & Iqama of father/guardian
4.  Previous Class Result (if required)
5.  3 Passport size fresh pictures
6.  Copy of the student’s Vaccination/ Immunization Certificate & Birth Certificate (for KG Section)
7.  School Leaving Certificate from the previous School (if required)
Important Note:
1.  The Administration reserves the right to deny admission or continued education if documentation for admission has been falsified or withheld.
2.  Please contact Account Office for the payment of School Fee. Students will be allowed to join the class only after the payment of Fee. Please see Fee Structure, Payment Terms & Conditions for further details.
3.  Parents failing to deposit the fee according to the dates announced by the school will lose the seat, and admission will be offered to the next candidate in waiting list.
 
Fee Structure:

1. The Annual Fee of KG SECTION is 7500 Saudi Riyals which is taken in three equal installments i.e. 2500 Saudi Riyals.
2. The Annaul Fee from Grade 1 to Grade 12 is 6000 Saudi Riyals which is taken in three equal installment i.e. 2000 Saudi Riyals.
3. The Fee is due in the months of April, August and December.

NOTE:  The above mentioned fee does not include VAT.

Terms and Conditions

1.  The fee paid receipt will be given to every student.
2.  Each installment must be paid by the due date which is the 10th of the month.
3.  Nonpayer students will be struck off and no certificate or document will be issued until all due amounts are cleared.
4.  Children for whom fees has not been up-to-date may be prevented from taking school exams.
5.  On late admissions, fee of the whole session will have to be paid.
6.  The student whether he/ she continues or discontinues the studies, has to pay full fee of the year.
7.  Parents are advised to pay school fee of their kids themselves at account office to avoid any mishap.
8.  All payments must be made by cash.

 
School Uniform
Wearing the uniform is vital to feel a sense of belonging and love to Dar ul Hijrah School. The uniforms of different sections and levels are given below.

  • Every student should attend school and other places representing the school, wearing the school uniform.
  • Uniform should be always neat, clean and pressed. Shoes should be polished.
